You know, before it was like, oh, I've got a SaaS app. I can sort of like map out all the user flows and you go and build it and you sort of know how users will interact with your product. In the AI world, it's just... And with Plus One, what we noticed was, oh, we didn't even realize that you wanted to go do this thing. And how do you support it? So there was always... I talked a lot about complexity.

  2. 15:38

Building and managing complexity for builders versus operators is a hard job. Builders want to be exposed to the complexity. Because that's everything you want to do is going in there and tinkering and turning knobs and whatnot. But if you're trying to run a business... You're not really... You don't want to do that. Mostly, you just want something that just works for you. And I think over time, we realized was, for us, we wanted something that just worked.

  3. 16:05

We didn't want to deal with all of the little knobs and bells and whistles. And for the jobs that we... were using an agent for, like a lot of project management operations and whatnot. It was like better to have something solid. Yeah, and to have it be sort of shared. So when you use it, you're pretty confident that it's the right thing to be using for your company. Yeah. And someone has thought about it, you know, thought about the skill or the feature or whatever.

  4. 16:32

Yeah. And so now we're in this place where we're launching the every agent. It's something that we use every day, like many, many times a day. The company would kind of like fall over. We didn't have it. And we have a bunch of beta customers.
